Your staff members work exclusively for your company. You have full access to them via email, chat, and phone. They are supervised by our on-duty managers, and we can install remote monitoring software like TeamViewer or IP cameras if required.

Yes, you can communicate with our supervisors at any time. We encourage direct communication to resolve any issues promptly. Our supervisors will also proactively contact you when necessary.
Can you provide staff portfolios?
Certainly. We can send staff resumes and work portfolios via email upon request.
Are your staff proficient in English and other languages?
All our employees are highly proficient in both written and spoken English and are well-versed in Western business culture. Currently, we do not have staff fluent in other foreign languages such as French, Mandarin, or German.

What happens to our data after contract termination?
Upon contract termination, we surrender all account information and data, including passwords, source codes, and customer information. For security purposes, we require you to reset all passwords after project completion. PrimeOutsourcing assumes no liability for any issues that may arise after the contract period.
Billing and Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards through PayPal (no PayPal account required), bank wire transfers, and modern digital payment methods including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and payment processors like Stripe.
What is your refund policy?
Once membership fees are processed, refunds are not available. To discontinue your membership, please notify us before your next billing cycle begins.
Is there a startup fee?
No, there are no startup fees. You only pay the monthly subscription fee detailed in your signup agreement.
What is the minimum contract period?
Our minimum contract requirements vary by service type:
- Part-time Staff: One (1) month minimum commitment
- Full-time Staff (Onsite, Hybrid, or Remote): Twelve (12) months minimum commitment
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can modify your plan at any time. Simply contact us, and we will process the adjustment to your account.
What is your rollover policy?
Unused time can be carried over to the next month as long as you maintain your subscription. If you cancel your subscription, unused time is forfeited. Rollover time is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
Why do you offer monthly subscriptions?
Monthly subscriptions keep our pricing competitive and allow us to manage resources more efficiently, providing better value to our clients.
Project Management
How long does project completion take?
Project duration depends on complexity and required resources. Simple tasks may be completed within minutes, while complex projects may take weeks.
How will I know when you receive my task requests?
We send email confirmations upon receipt of each task request.
How quickly do services begin after signup?
We begin work within one business day of receiving your payment.
If you cannot complete a request, will you still charge me?
If we cannot fulfill a request due to factors beyond our control (such as unavailable reservations or out-of-stock items), it will be classified as a “chargeable task.”

Do you offer remote work and hybrid setups?
Yes, we offer flexible work arrangements including:

How do I cancel my service?
Log into your account and click “Cancel.” Your cancellation request takes effect immediately. Unused time will not be refunded.

Provide notice at least 15 days before your next billing cycle begins via email, phone, or through the client portal.
Ownership and Rights
Who owns the source code and project rights?
All source codes and project rights belong exclusively to you. PrimeOutsourcing will request your permission before using any work in our portfolio for prospective clients.
Do I keep templates for logos and web designs?
Yes, all design elements belong to you. We will ask for permission before using your project in our portfolio.
Affiliate Program
What do I earn as a Prime Outsourcing affiliate?
Referral fees are credited to your account as follows:
Staff Leasing Service:
- Full-time Staff: $100
- Part-time Staff: $50
Project Outsourcing: 5% of total project cost
Prime Service Packs:
- $50 for packages under $500
- $100 for packages over $500
Terms:
- Credits are not convertible to cash but can be used for our services
- One-time payment only (renewals not eligible)
- Referred clients must have no outstanding invoices and active service for 30 days
- Former clients or non-clients receive 50% of listed amounts
